Thanks to DoDay’s support, every entrant will receive a FREE 12-week strength training program designed specifically for runners. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or lacing up for the first time, these programs are tailored to help you build strength, enhance your performance, and reduce the risk of injury.

Two Programs to Choose From:

  • @Home: Bodyweight exercises you can do at home or outdoors.
  • @The Gym: Strength-based workouts using gym equipment for optimal results.

  • Weekly motivational emails with expert tips and training advice.
